Analyse de la littérature sur la coordination des bénévoles

The article "Organizational Factors Affecting Volunteers: A Literature Review on Volunteer Coordination" discusses the state of the art of research on volunteer coordination. Tree central aspects of volunteer coordination are identified: A) practices and instruments of volunteer management, B) organizational attitudes towards volunteers and C) organizational features that limit the action space of volunteer coordination.

The authors inform about findings on these three aspects and show the empirical evidence, theoretical considerations, and intervention logics they are based on. The article concludes by presenting an analytical framework for further research endeavors.
