In an article for VOLUNTAS Georg von Schnurbein, Marybel Perez and Theresa Gehringer study nonprofit comparative research. The authors revise 111 comparative articles published in third-sector journals since 2001. The aim is to identify the main drivers of nonprofit comparative research and analyze how they have evolved through a correspondence analysis. The authors identify a few new trends and propose three new clusters for future comparative research.
