Report on Swiss Foundations 2024 - participatory approaches, digitalization and increasing regulatory density
This year's Foundation Report highlights the use of more participatory approaches in foundation work, as well as the digitalization and networking of the foundation sector - particularly with regard to the future viability of the foundation world. The report also discusses the revision of foundation law that came into force on 01.01.2024 as well as other legislative projects launched in 2023 that have affected the sector.
The 15th edition of the Swiss Foundation Report once again comprehensively documents developments in the Swiss foundation sector with facts and figures as well as background information on legal developments in the sector. The report also highlights current trends in Switzerland and abroad and presents the results of various studies on the foundation sector.
