New MOOC "Nonprofit Management und Innovation" (in German) from January 8, 2024
The newly designed Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) "Nonprofit Management and Innovation" (in German) offers an introduction to NPO management. The topics and content are equally suitable for people who already work in NPOs and for those who are new to or interested in NPOs.
This course focuses less on the specific characteristics of NPOs such as member orientation, volunteering or fundraising. Instead, you can learn more about how NPOs function as organizations, how the value orientation can be transferred from the purpose into concrete activities and how NPOs remain innovative. This also includes an active approach to digitalization, both in your own organization and in the provision of services.
